This is a beautiful paddle to use. We paddle in a open harbour in all kinds of weather, training for a 12km paddle. The ZRE takes a little to get use too but a paddle that just keeps on keeping on - light without the stress on the body of a heavier paddle. I am very protective of my ZRE.
